The Pro-Life Committee of St. Mary’s Catholic Church invite you to attend after each Mass on February 29 and March 1 a presentation to see and hear about the 2020 March For Life held in Washington DC on January 24, 2020 where over 500,000 people came together to pray and march for an end to Abortion in our great nation under God. You will not see or hear in the news about the crowds of people marching in our Nations’ Capitol peacefully and prayerfully for an end to Abortion. This is the only place, here in our Parish Center at St. Mary’s can you see and hear from your parish members who were there and heard the first President of the United States Donald Trump to ever address the March For Life attendees message. We will show Fr. Jonathan Meyer’s homily of January 26, 2020 titled “Is President Donald Trump really Pro-Life?”. Fr. Jonathan Meyer’s is a Priest and Pastor for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. A 40 Days For Life Spring 2020 Campaign information and Sign Up will be included in the presentation after each Mass. Refreshments will be served for all attendees. Please join us after each Mass in the Parish Center basement the weekend of February 29 and March 1, 2020. All ages are welcome!

St. Mary Church is pleased to offer Eucharistic Adoration on Wednesdays throughout the year. At this time, we offer this opportunity for prayer from 8am until 8pm. It has been noted, in recent months, that day-time participation has declined, leading us to discern if changes need to be made in the future. Would you please consider taking two minutes (or less) to fill out this survey for our parish? The link maybe found at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/D57JDGZ or at "the button" above on our homepage. Your input is appreciated!

This coming year, 2019, marks the 46th anniversary of the Supreme Court's decisions that legalized abortion on demand for the entire nine months of pregnancy, which has resulted in the deaths of over 61 million plus babies before they were allowed to take their first breath. Full page ads will be published in the Corydon Democrat, the Evening News and the New Albany Tribune with the names of citizens who believe that every unborn child deserves a chance at life. Citizens can express their opposition to the killing of innocent children, by allowing their names to be printed in the ads. A donation will be accepted to cover the cost of publishing signature ad. After each Mass on Sunday January 5 & 6, 2019, slips of paper will be available in your pew to place your name in this ad to show your support for Right To Life. Place your slip of paper with your signature in the baskets held by St. Mary’s Pro-Life volunteers at the doors of the church.
