Parishioners of St. Mary Catholic Church have a long history of working together to make our annual picnic a great success! Please consider sharing your time, treasure and talents
to make 2018 the best picnic yet!
Here are some of the ways you can lend a hand...
DINNER TICKETS AND RAFFLES

No dinner tickets are sold in advance of the picnic. The pric e of carry out meals is the same as a sit down meal in the cafeteria. Be sure to invite your friends, family and co-workers! Our all-you-care-to-eat, homemade dinner can’t be beat and is a great value!
- Raffle Tickets: Each adult family member is asked to obtain eigh traffle tickets donations (enclosed) at $5 per raffle ticket. Please be sure each entrant fills the ticket out completely and is at least 18 years of age. Prizes are listed on the ticket. Extra tickets are available at the back of Church and in the Parish Office. Please return any unused raffle tickets to the raffle ticket booth by noon on picnic day.
- “Special Quilt” Tickets: Each family is asked to obtain two “special quilt” raffle tickets donations (enclosed) at $2.00 each. “Special quilt” raffle ticket entrants must be 18 years. Extra tickets are available after Mass and in the Parish Office. Please return any unsold raffle tickets to the raffle ticket booth by noon on picnic day.
- Quilts: A dedicated group of ladies quilt every Monday morning, year-round in order to provide the hand-stitched quilts at our quilt booth. Each family is asked to donate $10, if possible, towards the cost of the materials for each of the handmade quilts. A “quilt captain” will contact you prior to picnic (by phone or mail) to secure your donation. The weekend prior to picnic, stop by the cafeteria to preview all of the beautiful quilts.
